By accessing and using the website of Bravo Cleaning Service ("we," "us," or "our") or by booking any of our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Cleaning Services

Bravo Cleaning Service provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the Merrimack Valley area, including but not limited to Dracut, Lowell, Tewksbury, Chelmsford, Billerica, Andover, and surrounding communities.

• Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment.
• Service scope, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed in writing before work begins.
• We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service for unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous conditions.

Scheduling, Cancellations & Payments

• We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
• Late cancellations or lockouts may be subject to a fee to cover reserved time and travel.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are agreed in advance.
• We accept Cash, Credit Card, Check, Venmo, and Zelle.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any part of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns, which may include a complimentary re-clean of the affected areas. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or improper expectations outside the agreed scope of work.

Liability & Insurance

Bravo Cleaning Service is fully insured. While we take great care with your property, our liability is limited as follows:

• Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.
• We are not responsible for items that are improperly secured, fragile, or of sentimental value unless disclosed in writing.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by previous workmanship.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Bravo Cleaning Service and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
